Shipping Policy for Packwardrobe.com

Thank you for shopping with Packwardrobe.com! We are committed to ensuring your travel wardrobe essentials arrive safely and on time. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process, timelines, and terms.



1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (your local time) will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, such as holidays and major sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.



2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options to suit your needs, with availability varying by location:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $75, and a flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $75.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery takes 2–4 business days, available to most U.S. locations for a flat rate of $12.99.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery takes 10–21 business days, with a flat rate of $14.99. Please note that duties and taxes may apply to international orders.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.



3. Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. For international orders, we ship to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team at support@packwardrobe.com for assistance.



4. International Shipping Terms


International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs. International shipments may also experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees and timelines.



5. Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your Packwardrobe.com account and viewing your order history.



6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Packages


Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@packwardrobe.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.



7. Order Cancellations & Address Changes


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase before it enters processing. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@packwardrobe.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
